DMCA Policy for Aa16
Aa16 is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established a policy for addressing claims of copyright infringement.
This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to respond to such notices. Aa16 will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and take appropriate actions, including the removal or disabling of access to infringing material.

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on Aa16 infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information:

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Please send your DMCA notice to us via the contact method provided on our Contact Us page, clearly marking it as a "DMCA Notice."
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content, which was removed or disabled, is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content, you may send a counter-notification to Aa16's Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must contain the following information:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled (e.g., specific URL(s)).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Aa16 may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Please send your counter-notification to us via the contact method provided on our Contact Us page, clearly marking it as a "DMCA Counter-Notification."
